Red wine enjoyed in moderate amounts got a lot of credit by various studies for being especially healthy. A glass of red wine per day can reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer significantly. But is it also okay to enjoy white wine?


红葡萄酒有益健康的最重要原因是因为其中富含了丰富的抗氧化成分。抗氧化成分之一的白藜芦醇,能够保护心脏和大脑不受伤害。而白葡萄酒的酿制方法有别于红酒,是去除葡萄皮酿制的,这就将葡萄皮中的许多有益成分给剔除了。

The reason why red wine is associated with health benefits is that it is rich on antioxidants. One of the antioxidants is resveratrol, a chemical linked to protecting the heart and brain from harm. White wine grapes are processed differently than their red counterparts. They are separated from their skin, which contains most of the helpful chemical compounds, in an early stage.



白葡萄酒虽然没有红葡萄酒中那强大的抗氧化成分,但是也有它独有的好处。白葡萄酒的卡路里比红葡萄酒低许多,对于想要控制体重的朋友们来说是很好的选择。而且对于酒中会引起头痛和偏头痛的组胺也相对较少,这就不易产生宿醉头痛的问题。

Although red wine is richer on antioxidants, white wine has its benefits too. It tends to have fewer calories than its red counterpart and might be the better choice for people who have to watch their weight. White wine contains also less histamine, a chemical compound that can cause headaches and trigger migraine.


红葡萄酒和白葡萄酒那一款更好,至今没有明确的说法。适量的饮用品尝他们都是有益于身体的。葡萄酒爱好者们想要拥有健康的身体,还是要远离酗酒,饮酒适量,保持合理均衡的饮食习惯。坚持运动。


There is no clear advantage red wine or white wine when it comes to health benefits. Consumed in moderate amounts they both can be healthy. Wine connoisseurs should however stay away from excessive drinking, follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly to stay fit.
