品鉴:葡萄园位于德国莫塞产区最高位置,坡度为60%向南面。土壤蓝灰色页岩。葡萄树根深几米,土壤下的岩石给予了很好的排水性和难得的矿物质营养,从而使得酒体强劲。在一些比较干燥的年份中,这个酒有着非常高的品质。2011年10月葡萄完全成熟时采摘,4500公升/ 公顷。在不锈钢桶中发酵至少8周以上,发酵温度控制在12 – 15 °C;随后,酵母在不锈钢桶中对酒体作用至少3个月后才装瓶。口感中有浓郁的黑醋栗味,果香浓郁并十分优雅,酸度完美平衡,可以瓶储10-15年。
Vinyard: fathing south steep slopes, 60% slope, best location of Mosel
Soil: profound, grey-blue shale soil. The roots of the riesling plants go several meters into the soil and the underneath rock to get water and valuable mineral nutrients, which give the wine content and strong expressiveness. Especially in dry years these wines are from a very high quality.
Harvest: selected picking end of October 2011, ripen berries,45 hl / ha
Fermentation: controlled fermentation between 12° - 15° C, at least 8 weeks in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards 3 month bearing on the yeast before it gets bottled
Taste: intensive black currant, juicy and elegant, perfect balanced acidity,
Storing time: 10 – 15 years
